Mission
The Latino Leaders Network (LLN), is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization whose mission is to develop ongoing opportunities for “Bringing Leaders Together” to establish relationships and dialogue on issues important to the Latino community.
Latino Leaders Network signature events to accomplish its mission include the Latino Leaders Luncheon Series™, the Latino Leaders Issue Hour and the Latino Mayors Tribute, an event that takes place in conjunction with the U.S. Conference of Mayors summer and winter meetings.

Mickey Ibarra
Founder and Chairman
Mickey is President of Mickey Ibarra & Associates, a leading government relations and public affairs firm based in Washington, DC and founder of the Latino Leaders Luncheon Series™. He previously served as Assistant to the President and Director of Intergovernmental Affairs at the White House from 1997-2001.
Michelle Minguez Moore
Executive Director
Michelle is a Senior Associate with Mickey Ibarra & Associates. Prior to joining the firm, Michelle served as Assistant to the Director of the President’s Initiative for One America at the White House during the Clinton administration and as a Policy Analyst for the Department of Labor.
David Ibarra, founder of eLeaderTech, Inc., IBG, Inc. Founded the Ibarra Foundation in 2004, which supports continuing education.
Maria Teresa Petersen, serves as the founding Executive Director for Voto Latino, a youth voter education organization aimed at registering young American Latinos.
Raul L. Rubio is a consultant specializing in government affairs and economic development in Washington, DC, California and Nevada.
Ruben Alvarez is Co-founder and Managing Partner of the Molera-Alvarez Group and currently serves as a member of the Republican National Committee’s Hispanic Advisory Board.
