The Latino Leaders Issue Hour provides a platform for Hispanic advocates and leaders from varying points of view to convene and discuss an issue of importance to the Latino community. 
Its panel draws experts, elected officials, business leaders and advocates from across the United States. The Latino Leaders Issue Hour discussion takes place at 10:30am preceding the Latino Leaders Luncheon.
