The Tribute to Mayors was established by Mickey Ibarra & Associates in 2002. At the US Conference of Mayors Winter and Summer Meetings, the Latino Leaders Network™ convenes mayors to get better acquainted with each other and to share common concerns. Past gatherings have taken place in Washington, Denver, Boston, Chicago, and Las Vegas.
