
David Ibarra is a well-known leadership consultant and entrepreneur. David is the founder of the following David Ibarra Companies: eLeaderTech, the Ibarra-Brito Group, David Ibarra Enterprises, all U.S. Corporations and eLeaderTech Limitada of Costa Rica. David received a U.S. patent for his performance management software “Executing the Standards” in September of 2000. Presently, David has two additional patents pending for performance management software programs.
Maintaining an active role in community and government affairs, David was appointed by President Clinton in 1999 to serve on the prestigious U.S. Air Force Academy Board of Visitors. He also served on the Utah Private Industry Council, the Central Region Council for the Utah Department of Workforce Services, the Utah New Vehicle Franchise Board, and the Utah Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
In 2004, David created the Ibarra Foundation to invest in the future success of the Latino community by making college education more attainable for Latino students living in the communities where the David Ibarra companies are located.In 2010 David was the recipient of an Honorary Doctorate of Humane Letters from the Salt Lake Community College. David currently serves as a board member for the Salt Lake International Airport Advisory Board and the Latino Leaders Network.
