Our virtual program will feature an in-depth conversation with delegates Secretary of State Alex Padilla of California and Senator Carol Alvarado of Texas on how they are preparing for the 2020 Democratic National Convention, moderated by Maria Teresa Kumar, CEO of Voto Latino. Congressman Ruben Gallego, DNC Chair Tom Perez, and Pedro J.
